The commercial division just finished up an office lease at 3355 North Street in Beaumont. The 1600 square foot building is owned by the neighboring dentists who wanted to make sure the building would be utilized for commercial. However, the current zoning would not allow for commercial use without a specific use permit from the city. Ryan Harrington was able to work a deal for the landlord and tenant that would allow the permitting process time to play out. This process can take up to 3 months. All parties were pleased with the deal and the office will be the future home of a new spa and sauna coming to Beaumont.
